Adhyay Instant Meetings
Join, collaborate, and connect in virtual meetings with Adhyay’s video conferencing platform.
1. INSTANT CALL
Adhyay yu the instant video meeting feature is easy to use after you create an account and install the app. In an instant meeting, participants can join the meeting immediately without having to schedule or invite them in advance. You can invite other participants at any time to an instant meeting. Joining means that both the camera and mic will turn on immediately. Once in, users can add more people to the call with a few clicks.
Scheduled means that something is planned for a specific date and time. I have you scheduled on the calendar on [date] at [time]. We can share links through email addresses. Adhyay yu offer multiple methods to schedule a meeting. A host has control over the options for their scheduled meetings. If you are the Schedule call host and need to start or join a scheduled call, there are several ways that you can join the meeting. As the host, you can start the scheduled call from the Adhyay yu desktop client for macOS, Windows, Linux Adhyay yu mobile app for Android or iOS, and your web browser.
There are multiple roles available for a webinar: host, co-host, and attendee. The role that you have in the webinar will be designated by the host. You can say that in a way, webinars are a new face for the old, outdated seminars. When you attend a Webinar, you should be able to see and hear the presenters. You will not be able to see or hear other attendees and they will not be able to see or listen to you. When you click raise hand the host allows you to talk, and you will receive a notification about staying on mute or unmute. Then you will also talk in the webinar and all participants will hear you in the webinar. If you are the webinar host and need to start or join an instant webinar, there are several ways that you can join the meeting. As the host, you can start the webinar from the Adhyay yu desktop client for macOS, Windows, and Linux Adhyay yu mobile app for Android or iOS, and your web browser.

The breakout room is like a glass room where the host can see and hear all the meeting rooms. Breakout rooms are sessions that are Separate from the main Adhyay yu meeting. They allow the participants to meet in smaller groups and are completely isolated in terms of audio and video from the main session. Breakout rooms can be used for collaboration and discussion of the meeting.
Breakout room participants have full audio, video, screen sharing, and chat capabilities. The host of the meeting will be assigned to a breakout room and see or hear what is happening in the breakout rooms during the meeting. As host, you can join and leave any breakout room from the main meeting room.
