Notes

• There is a dependency with Windows' Webview package for Windows platform; while version 5.7.6 does support Adhyay Yu Events, it may cause a blank lobby experience for attendees.
• For attendee access to the latest Adhyay Yu features and Webinar features, we highly encourage attendees to update to the latest version of the Adhyay Yu desktop client.

• When the payment confirmation page appears, click ‘Your Subscription’.
• On the left side of the page, click ‘Cancel Licence’.
• Click Yes, Cancel Order to confirm.
• Click OK.

• If the refund is issued on the same day of purchasing the licence, the total amount (after taxes) will be refunded to the user.
• If the refund is issued on the later days, then the total days of use will be counted and for the remaining unpaid days, the amount will be refunded to the user after taxes.
• Total taxable amount is 18% GST
• Total service fee deductible for the refund: 12% company service fee.
• Refunds once approved are credited automatically to the original source account within 7 working days.

Notes

• No refund/cancellation for one day pass and weekly pass.
• No cancellation or refund after 15 days of usage of the licence.
• If you paid for a licence sold in a foreign currency, your refund may be more or less than the original amount that you paid depending on the exchange rate at the time of the purchase and refund.

• When the payment confirmation page appears, click ‘Your Subscription’.

• If a verification dialog box appears, click ‘Yes Cancel Licence’ to confirm.

*Once you submit a refund request, your licence status will change according to the refund process.

Once a refund request is approved, the cost of the licence will return to you (the purchaser), and the licence will be voided.

If you paid for a licence in the same currency that your credit or debit card was issued in—normally the currency of the country where you opened/registered for the card—and make a refund request, and if your refund is accepted, you will receive a refund for the same value regardless of the currency the host charges for licence in.

Example: You have a USD-issued credit card and you purchase a $10.00 USD licence. If you request a refund and it is approved, you will always receive back your exact purchase price—which would be $10.00 USD in this example.
