The following video conference terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern the use of the website (the “Site”), mobile device software applications (the “Mobile Software”), and related services (together with the Site and Mobile Software, the “Service”) made available by Adhyay Yu. (“us, “we,” or “AdhyayYu”). By accessing, using or participating in the Service, you (“you” or the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use, including the pricing terms, at any time. Any revisions to this Terms of Use will become effective the first time you access or use the Service after such changes. Every effort will be made to ensure that your meeting space requirements are met.
If we cannot meet your exact requirements we will try to arrange a suitable alternative with you.
To ensure the meeting runs smoothly we require certain information from you at the time of the scheduling.
This will include your personal details, such as your name and email address. If VC, contact and connection information including ISDN/IP numbers or mobile devices of any private locations you wish to include in the conference. The meeting link confirms the meeting request to users via sending an invitation link.
Please note that a meeting space booking is not valid until a link is shared with the participants issued by AdhyayYu. If this is NOT received when expected, please alert the AdhyayYu team immediately.
The video connection will be launched automatically at the appointed time. If AdhyayYu is not responsible for providing the video connection via their 3rd party providers, AdhyayYu guarantees service quality or be held responsible for the success of the connections as there are too many technical variables outside of Adhyay’s control. We will do everything we reasonably can to ensure a successful meeting.
AdhyayYu will charge you a fee, which will be set out on your quotation, for the Meeting Space requested and for any services (such as, but not limited to, large meetings, webinars, whiteboard) services you need.
Our starting licence fee starts with Adhyay Yu Asia Pacific USD $11.76, AdhyayYu Europe GBP £9.35 & AdhyayYu Euros EUR $11.15.
Before confirming your booking, you will be able to view the indicative amount payable in each booking. AdhyayYu will supply a full quotation for your acceptance before confirmation of any large meetings as per the licence.
For any technical support, the user has to raise a ticket and send a query to our support mail.
The technical team will then guide to resolve any technical difficulties.
Note: The technical team comes back with a solution within half an hour to 24 hours, depending on the urgency of the issue.
Users can select ‘Urgent’, ‘Mediate’, Or ‘Regular’ technical queries based on their preferences.
For any Billing support, the user has to raise a ticket and send a query to our support mail.
The Billing team will then guide to resolve any financial related queries.
Note: The billing team comes back with a solution within half an hour to 24 hours, depending on the urgency of the issue.
