Configuring authentication settings and profiles

CAMERA & MIC DIAGNOSE

Introduction

- Camera diagnose: When the camera is not set it gives notification of camera is not initialized please click here to diagnose.

1. Allow Camera Settings Before entering the Adhyay meeting room, please check your browser camera and always allow your camera, to speak in the meeting, otherwise, your camera will not work in the meeting.

2. Check your camera settings from your device In case after allowing the camera any disturbance in your camera check your camera setting from your device.

3. Reset cam from the video conference In case of any disturbance in your camera, click on the setting icon and then click on the ‘RESET CAM’ option.

4. Allow mic settings Before entering the Adhyay meeting room, please check your browser mic and always allow your mic, to speak in the meeting, otherwise, your mic will not work in the meeting.

5. Check your mic settings from your device In case after allowing the mic to any disturbance in your mic check your mic setting from your device.

6. Reset the mic from the video conferencing in case of any disturbance in your mic, click on the setting icon and then click on the ‘RESET MIC’ option.
