Introduction

Adhyay yu the instant video meeting feature is easy to use after you create an account and install the app. In an instant meeting, participants can join the meeting immediately without having to schedule or invite them in advance. You can invite other participants at any time to an instant meeting. Joining means that both the camera and mic will turn on immediately. Once in, users can add more people to the call with a few clicks.


If you are the meeting host and need to start or join an instant meeting, there are several ways you can join the meeting. As the host, you can start the meeting from the Adhyay yu desktop client for macOS, Windows, and Linux Adhyay yu mobile app for Android or iOS, and your web browser.


How to create an instant meeting

1. In a web browser enter, https://yu.adhyay.co.in/

2. Go to the dashboard and click start conference.

3. Enter the topic name.

4. If you want to give access to entering the room to everyone select “Allow access to all users for entering the room” and if you do not want to give access to entering the room to everyone select “Ask permission before entering the room ”

5. Then click-click on to start the conference button when you click the button video conferencing link will be automatically generated.

6. Here two buttons will be available: copy link & share link. Copy link> when you click a copy link button, the video conferencing link will be automatically copied.

Share link> when you click the share link button a pop will open. add participants here enter your email address to invite people and click the invite now button.

7. Then click the arrow button( >) to join the meeting

8. Enter your name and join the meeting by clicking the arrow button. Here two icons are available mute on/off and camera on/off.
