Introduction

Adhyay yu the instant video meeting feature is easy to use after you create an account and install the app. In start conference meeting, participants can join the meeting immediately without having to schedule or invite them in advance. You can invite other participants at any time to an instant meeting. Joining means that both the camera and mic will turn on immediately. Once in, users can add more people to the call with a few clicks.


If you are the meeting host and need to start or join an instant meeting, there are several ways you can join the meeting. As the host, you can start the meeting from the Adhyay yu desktop client for macOS, Windows, and Linux Adhyay yu mobile app for Android or iOS, and your web browser.


How to create an instant meeting

1. In a web browser enter, https://yu.adhyay.co.in/

2. Go to the dashboard and click start conference.

Create a new instant meeting link

- Enter the topic name.

- If you want to give access to entering the room to everyone select “Allow access to all users for entering the room” and if you do not want to give access to entering the room to everyone select “Ask permission before entering the room ”

- Then click-click on to start the conference button when you click the button video conferencing link will be automatically generated.

How to copy and share link

- Copy link>when you click a copy link button, the video conferencing link will be automatically copied, which can be shared to any messaging or browser app or website

- Share link> when you click the share link button a pop will be open. add participants here enter email address to invite people and click the invite now button. A meeting link with email will be shared with the number of participants entered in the meeting link.

How to enter the room

- After creating the meeting link, click the arrow button( “ -> “) for joining the meeting, as shown below

- Enter your name and join the meeting to click the arrow button. Here two icons are available mute on/off and camera on/off.

- You have to allow the microphone and camera to pop up from the browser to enter the meeting
